These Terms apply to all services provided by EWM Tax LLC, including but not limited to U.S. individual and business income tax preparation, planning, filing, and related compliance services offered through our financial services division, eWealthMax Services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and notify us in writing at info@ewealthmax.com. EWM Tax LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Access to our services requires submission of certain requested information, including your name, valid email address, and tax-related documentation necessary to perform the requested services. You agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete.
Your use of the services requires active participation, defined as purchasing a service and timely providing all required documentation and responses necessary to complete the engagement. All documents and information provided are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a professional, secure, and compliant service environment. You agree not to upload, submit, mail, or transmit any content that is prohibited, including but not limited to content that:
- Violates intellectual property or other legal rights
- Is defamatory, misleading, abusive, obscene, or inappropriate
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Is copyrighted without authorization
- Harms or exploits minors
EWM Tax LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, remove, or restrict any content submitted through the Service. You remain solely responsible for all content you submit. EWM Tax LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any user-submitted content and shall not be liable for damages arising from such content.
3. No Resale of Service
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service for commercial purposes without express written authorization from EWM Tax LLC.
4. Third-Party Software
Certain services may require the use of third-party software. Your use of such software is subject to the third party’s terms and conditions. EWM Tax LLC makes no warranties regarding third-party software and shall not be liable for downtime, defects, or performance issues related to such software.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of documents you submit but represent that you have the legal right to submit them. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in termination of services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EWM Tax LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms.
8. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” EWM Tax LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
EWM Tax LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate services at any time by written notice to info@ewealthmax.com. EWM Tax LLC may suspend or terminate services at its discretion for breach or without cause. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
10. Payment and Fees
Fees are determined by EWM Tax LLC’s current pricing schedule and are due at the time of service purchase. Fees are non-refundable. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
11. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by applicable U.S. laws. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
12. Modification of Terms
EWM Tax LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Email Communications
Emails from ewealthmax.com are sent solely for service-related and operational purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional emails.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EWM Tax LLC and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable. Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
